I've had a think, and I know it's a bit annoying but I don't think the name is working that well. I love the idea we have behind it but I'm concerned that zygo already has loads of google hits for graphic design, and zygomatic does sound a bit mechanical.
Other names I've thought of are Cheekbone or Skeleton Duet which run along the same thinking, and Duet I know sounds a bit musical, it's meant to refer to the sort of relationship we'll have with our clients. Anyways let me know what you think, or if you have any other ideas for names.
I like the whole structure side of our ethos, Duet or something along those lines could be interesting to work with. I also like Izzy's idea of Sandwhich, for a more humours/fun approach to things.

Or Skeleton Deuce or Skeleton Duo to replace Duet...
